By opting in to receive SMS notifications from Ringlii, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enabling SMS notifications for your account.
Opt-In Workflow
Below is how SMS consent is collected in the Ringlii dashboard. Users must check the consent box and verify their phone number before receiving SMS notifications.

Program Description
Program Name: Ringlii SMS Notifications
Description: When you enable SMS notifications, Ringlii will send you text messages containing call completion alerts, including caller information, call summaries, and any action items captured during the call. These are transactional notifications related to your Ringlii phone assistant service.
Message Types: Call completion alerts, call summaries, verification codes, and service notifications.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your call volume. You will receive one SMS notification per completed call handled by your Ringlii assistant. If you receive 5 calls per day, you will receive approximately 5 text messages per day.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Ringlii does not charge additional fees for SMS notifications beyond your subscription plan.
Opt-In & Consent
By enabling SMS notifications in your Ringlii Dashboard and verifying your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Ringlii at the phone number you provided.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use all other Ringlii services without enabling SMS notifications.
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and that you are authorized to approve SMS charges on this account.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP
Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will be automatically unsubscribed and will receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Dashboard Settings
Disable SMS notifications in your Ringlii Dashboard under Business Information.

Email us at info@ringlii.com with your request to unsubscribe.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive an automated response with program information and support contact details.

Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are collected solely for the purpose of sending you call notification alerts.
We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS program to third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.
Your information may be shared with our SMS service provider (Telnyx) solely for the purpose of delivering messages. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Information
Supported Carriers: SMS notifications are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage.
Compatibility: SMS notifications are sent to standard SMS-capable mobile devices. Some features may not be available on all devices or carriers.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of SMS notifications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
